Bayer Matrix Different with SGPro

Hello!

Last night I took my first Mosaic of the Heart Nebula using SDPro. When I went into PixInsight to Debayer the images, I found I have to use a different Bayer Matrix to get the correct colors. I have used my Atik 383L OSC camera for years and I always use BGGR as my matrix. Any thought would be appreciated

P.S. The “sequencer” worked perfectly!

This isn’t too surprising. There is no real standard for how data is to be stored in a fits file. Some applications store it top down. Others bottom up. Neither is wrong. But would be obvious when debayered as the patterns would not be the same.
