I am using an Orion mini color camera, I have downloaded all ascom drivers. When I click on take one I get this

error capturing during frame and focus.

The camera works with other programs like sharpcap.

Any help would be appreciated

David - SGP uses the camera’s ASCOM drivers. Sharpcap uses a mixture of ASCOM and native drivers.

To check if the ASCOM driver is working, connect to it with one of the ASCOM utilities that were installed with the platform, or another capture program, using the ASCOM driver. It is quite possible that the driver is at fault, otherwise every SGP user would be having issues.

I’m not connecting to a StarShoot Mini, but I’m using a StarShoot G26 which uses the same ASCOM driver as the Mini… and it connects and downloads fine using SGP 3.2.0.613. What does the log file say happens?
