"Cannot connect while main application software is running"

I am getting this message when SGPro attempts to connect to my dome (in reality its a Roll Off Roof). It connects to all other devices without problem.

I’m afraid we can’t really help here. The message being displayed is from your ROR software, not SGPro. We just relay the error to you. I suggest you contact the driver author to find the meaning of this message.
