Cannot Load SGP

I am a licensed “user” of SGP. It is great software but it is not my primary session manager. (I use ACP). It had been quite some time since I opened the software but the last time I used it everything was fine. Now when I attempted to open either the 64bit or 32bit software it wouldn’t not load. It would be stuck at “loading settings”. I have uninstalled and reinstalled without success (both versions). I was running he beta all along (which, I repeat, was fine) I have attempted reinstalling the non-beta and betas. Same issue. I have “run as administrator”. Same stalemate. Please advise. I use Windows 10 Pro. There are no issues with my box or OS that I can detect.
