Cannot Report an Issue In-App

Description

I just subscribed to SGPro. I have some issues to report. I tried using the ‘Report an Issue’ feature. i typed in all the details and click submit. I then got the following error message :

“Could not process support request. Failed to convert to markdown. Could not load file or assembly ‘HtmlAgilityPack, Version=1.11.24.0. Culture=neutral. PublicKeyToken=bd319b19eaf3b43a’ or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.”

I clicked OK and the dialog box disappeared.

OS: Windows 10
Ver: It says 3.2.0.600 on the run-up splash screen and in Help | About, but 2.7.0.604 when I check for updates!! Confusing!

There is a new version available to download (3.2.0.603) that I believe addressed this issue. Try that and see how it goes.

Thanks, but when I click ‘Check for Updates’ it tells me it is up to date. Why is it not offering me this update? (I have found and downloaded 3.2.0.603 but don’t understand why Check for Updates doesn’t see it)…It fixed the problem by the way!
