Hi all - just a quick query - when I run SGP and select check for updates it constantly says can’t connect to server.
I run the latest version of Avast Premium Security - and I can see nothing there to say your software is raising any concerns - can you suggest next steps please?
Quick update - after updating my licence renew details the updates now said they were working - so maybe it was an incorrect error message - a subscription expired reported incorrectly as a generic server isn’t reachable message. Might I suggest you review and if that is the case improve the diagnostics of the error messaging!
