Guiding a Planewave L-350

I recently discovered that the Planewave L-350 fork mount, when used in alt-azimuth mode, does not support the ASCOM command of MoveAxis() (aka “nudging”). Now I am concerned that the L-350 in alt-azimuth mode might not allow PHD2 Guiding to pulse guide. I am not able to find any info in the PWI3 user manual.

I understand it might be complicated to convert Ra and Dec pulse commands into Azimuth and Altitude movements.

So, is anyone using an L-350 mount in alt-azimuth mode and also successfully using PHD2 to auto guide?
