Help us (and others) find answers in, organize and direct our support

We typically have a whole bunch of support requests in flight at any given time and sometimes things get dropped or delayed. Because of this, I have added an option to allow you (or us) to mark a response as the “solution”. This will help others with the same issue searching for answers and will help us filter out completed support requests and highlight those that still need attention.
