In reinstalling SGP I get an error “cannot rename file” . I uninstalled but still get the error. How do I delete the directory in Program Files…says I do not have permission.

Which OS and Is this your computer ?? If it is, you should have administrative privileges, so should be able to do anything…
One thing you could try is to open an ‘Administrative’ command\powershell window & delete the folders that way…
