I am really frustrated with your help site. When you announced that SGP was going to a subscription package the option to stay with the existing software was offered. Your letter also stated that I could load the latest version of 3.3 and keep that version. I did that and I now see that I only have 17 days left. what is the deal. How do I get back to the version I had?
You just need to register it using the new codes that were sent out. I’ve resent you the “welcome” letter from the new system in case you missed it that explains all this in more detail.

My subscription just says Expired.

Expired just means you don’t have an active subscription for SGP4. Your SGP3 purchase is still intact and usable just as it always has been.
