Exactly, there are many options to do PA. SGP should focus to develop new features for automatic imaging that are not or scarcely available yet.
Why do both SharpCap and N.I.N.A. have Polar Alignment if it is a function that does not belong in a imaging software. This is one of the functions that is used to get new Astro photographers to choose one of these instead of SGP. It would be so great to have this in SGP, so I support the request to have it implemented into SGP.

All the apps are different. Most choose not to replicate PHD2 but on the other hand, SGP has an extremely useful shutdown/resumption control that is not possible with the other apps… but then the question is why does SharpCap and NINA do not?
I think SGP has it right. It focuses on the things I cannot do any other way. The bit missing from all the apps right now and is tricky to do (as soon as one considers the full implication, it is not trivial) is dual camera support.
