Release Notes formating issue

I would like to report a minor issue. The release notes section in the popup “check for updates” tool is a bit hard to read due to it having the html formatting still in it. Below is a quick capture showing what I am seeing.

This was with 3.1.0.402

This has been addressed in later releases.

Specifically 3.1.0.404 released on 12/7/19
