If this is a recent issue and you use the default blind solve failover. It seems to have been caused by the intermittent availability of the Astrometry site. The next release of SGPro will prevent this hang… obviously we can’t control the availability of Astrometry, BUT… you can! You can run your own Astrometry server on your machine (ANSVR). It’s very easy and just involves installing and some minor configuration. More info is here:
