I’m using a Starlight xpress filter wheel. The filter wheel has 7 positions, but spg is only recognizing 5 of them. It gives me a few warnings that constantly pop up. I can select the filters with the Starlight software. Is there a setting I’m missing? I have also downloaded the latest filter wheel software from Starlight as well. Any help would be Great.
Can you post your logs? It’ll show us what’s going on. Also, what does your filter list look like in SGP?
In the equipment section, click on the Device settings button of the filter wheel. This will bring up the Ascom settings. On the bottom there is a choice of number of filters 5 or 7. Click the 7.
