Hi all,
I bought a new desktop computer and downloaded the V2.4.1.10. When I do so I get this message. Downloaded again - same result. Can’t even install. Running a new ACER desktop with Windows 8.
Any suggestions would be very helpful.

Not sure. Lots of folks have installed that package with no issue… Never seen that before. Maybe download it again or try the beta.
I had tons of trouble trying to install using windows 8 . Try shutting off all your virus and/or firewall protection then install. It worked for me. Hope it helps.
