is there an upgrade to 4.0 from the latest 3.2.66 for a long-time SGP3 user or do I need to just purchase 4.0 outright ?

If you log into your account you will have the option to upgrade to SGP4. For 3 → 4 you’re really just purchasing a yearly maintenance plan which is $59.

My bad, I have not had a chance to image in a while. and I renewed back in December, I must have already click the Upgrade from 3 to 4 . and never downloaded 4.0 Because I did not see the upgrade button today. So I D/L 4.0 and loaded it.
At top of the banner screen tell me Subscription Active.
Do I need to turn off Auto renewal for SGP3 ? or will it renew me for SGP4 automatically? I don’t want to renew both next year if a make my move SGP4.
i got a BETA notice when it opened. Is it still in Beta ? or ready for General Use?

4.0 recently was moved out of beta to release. There is still some clean up that we missed when we did this 
The maintenance plan only covers SGP4. There is no “auto renew” for SGP3.
