4.0.0.657 reporting as version 4.0.0.651

Minor issue:

It looks like 4.0.0.657 has the wrong internal version number - it’s reporting as 4.0.0.651

I’m seeing the wrong version string being reported at load, in Help->About and recorded in the logs.

Caused me some confusion as I was sure I had installed 657. I have subsequently re-installed it twice, but still end up seeing 651 reported.

Date on SGP binary is 2/1, so it looks like it is the right (657) version is present.

Ignore: It looks like the desktop icon was not updated to point to the new release (it was still pointing to and loading an older 32 bit version).
