If you have 5 or more events listed, the lower events ‘Events Settings’ window is truncated and can’t be moved to view the lower sections even if moving the main sequence window itself.

Forgot to respond here. The event options popup is still coupled to the event, but it is now smarter about making sure to appear on screen.
