You just need to ensure that the appropriate fields contain your telescope’s specs. In terms of the location, if SGPro has a connection to the telescope it will automatically make location entries (for images taken as part of a sequence).
The telescope fields I assume you want are located in the Telescope tab of the Control Panel and Equipment Profile Managers
So here in lies the problem…
I have a TEC 140 which has the following specs.
Clear aperture 5.5" (140 mm), focal length 980 mm
So I can fit 980 in the FL section, but 140mm=0.14m for the aperture is not possible to enter as 0.xxx is not possible!!
Am I doing something wrong?

No, not doing anything wrong. It’s a bug and the decimal precision was dropped on that field. I have it corrected and will appear in the next beta release.
