API call for SGP status line

Hello,

I have a proposal for a feature request. Can we get an API call for the SGP status: e.g. the content of the status line:

When can we get this feature request? It should be less than an hour of work since all the bits and pieces are in place.
It makes no sense to have all the equipment powered up and consuming energy all night long if the sequence has completed or for whatever reason terminated. This is so simple to implement and could save so much energy every night.
If we could get the summary and the SGP status we could decide what to do with our equipment.

Is this something we will get?
In my opinion the API for SGP status/progress would be most interesting. Most of the other device status we can get direct from the ASCOM drivers.
