Astronomy.net cannot be reached

Hi, Last night I received an warning message when preparing a session.
…“the Astronomy.NET server you have specified (http://nova.astronomy.net/api) cannot be reached and will not be used”
This is a new error - can anyone help?
What has changed?

Astrometry.net seems to be having intermittent issues. You can always install it locally on your own machine in order to avoid issues like this.

Yeah I wondered if that was the solution - I do have an internet connection in my observatory so was hoping to avoid that if possible. But I agree - it works occasionally but it is unreliable for some reason.
