I am new to this user group. Question: Does the auto focus option of Sequence Generator Pro works with on a DSLR camera or do need CCD?

Auto focus is not limited to CCD. Usefulness is really limited to FL right now. The longer your FL, the more tweaking you will need to make AF useful.
