If i want use the Strech (Low, Medium or High) via Image Histogram, it doesn’t strech the picture
otherwise if i use it direct in the picture via right click it works!
Whats the different between?

It may be slightly unintuitive, but those auto stretch settings in the Histogram menu only define how aggressive auto stretch should be when it occurs and are not, themselves an instruction to perform a stretch. In other words, those settings are not for any specific image, they just govern what should happen when a new image is opened.
