AutoFlats won't start

Not sure if the image I dragged onto forum (above) is working. Essentially I am unable to get dawn flats to start at dawn. I run my sequence and in the AM there are no flats. I probably have something wrong in my settings, hoping you’ll be able to advise me.

Under AutoFlats Scheduler

  1. Capture Properties: Selected Sky for light source.
  2. Light Frame Matching & Event Ordering Selected Custom (I do not understand the meaning of “Capture flats for all active light events” etc. I was hoping to have an item to select flats be run at dawn with a simple scheduling section.
  3. Under Star and End I Selected after sequence and “Start AutoFLats at dawn”
  4. Scope Pointing: Selected Automatic (for sky flats)
    Finally, at the top right of page selected “after sequence ends”

Hi there. Nothing looks wrong with your settings, but there are still many things that can prevent auto flats from running. If you’d like to send us logs (they are still on your machine), we can take a look. Further guidance here:

Ken: I can not attach the log here, the download button anly allows a jpg file and the log is a text. I went to “Report a Problem” on the Help tab in SGP and attached the log there. I do NOT know where the “Report a Problem” will show up, I don’t see it on the Forum. Hope you can find the log or help me get the log to you.
