Beta 13 crashes when using "Open Sequence" folder icon

I just installed Beta 13. Right after I first run SGP, I click on “Open Sequence” folder icon at upper left, it crashes consistently. If I use “File->Open Sequence” pull down menu, it’s fine.

At first I installed Beta 13 over Beta 11 and then uninstalled Beta 13 and re-installed Beta 13 and same issue remains.

I am using Windows 8.1 HP laptop with i5 CPU.

Ok, thanks… this one is a bit weird. Does not crash in the dev environment, but I can see that it does in the release.
