Description
When pointing telescpe to a declination between 0 and -1 (like -00 53 00) it slews right, but if you take a frame and save it as fit, declination value in fits header has inverted sign and it show +00 53 00 (it should be minus)

I don’t think any log is needed as I think it is a repeteable bug

AFAIK it happens on any RA as long as -1 < dec < 0. It happened with a Paramount ME with TheSkyX and with a simulated mount.
OS: Windows 7 running a on a Virtual Machine
Ver: 3.2.0.660
In case you confirm the bug, I’d like to ask for a SGP 3 update as it is not a feature request., just a bug.
