Hi all i,am new to the forum i am trying to buy sgpro everything go.s ok up and till account user name dont matter what i put in i get this message * Please enter a valid account username.
so any what i,am doing wrong thanks 
Hi there, welcome.
It’s not clear to me the issue you are having. SGPro does not require a username for activation. When you install SGPro for the first time, it will start in trial mode and run that way for 45 days. At any point during the trial, before or after, you can register / activate that copy of SGPro against your new account (the one you created on MainSequenceSoftware website when you purchased a license).
From the SGPro menu, go to the Help >> Activate SGPro and you will see this appear
Your key can be found either in your email or by clicking the License Management Website link at the bottom right.
