I am using a Canon EOS 80D controlled by Sequence Generator Pro. When attempting to plate solve (with SGP) the plate solver forces may cam to ISO 12800 every time. I set the ISO to 800 or 1600 in the equipment and save the set-up and as soon as I skew to a target and the plate solver takes the first image, the ISO is changed to 12800. I can use the SGP Frame and Focus tool and whatever I set the camera to, those are the controls that the camera uses. What am I missing or doing wrong?
You need to set the ISO in the Plate Solve tab of the Control Panel:
