Does anybody know how to get a Canon 450d working with SGPro? Ive downloaded the Canon EOS Utility and can connect to the camera fine - but if I try to connect in SGPro it just says it failed to connect, is this camera that old that its not supported maybe?
I am pretty sure SGPro supports the Canon 450D… We don’t have one but there seems to be evidence of others using it with SGPro and it carries a Digic 3 processor. Maybe the logs have additional information. We can take a look if you’d like. They are easy to send.
Have you made sure you are in Manual mode and that SGPro is the ONLY software attempting to connect (including EOS Utility), tried with and without an SD card, etc?
