Cant get the API to say Telescope is connected

See the screenshot - the simulator is connected and tracking - but a Postman API call says the Telescope is not connected - any ideas how to get a correct response?

Im not sure. I just tested it out and no issue detected. I will note that the POST protocol also works fine but is not required.

You might want to check in logs to see if there’s anything interesting. You’ll want to enable API logging first:
