Capture calibration frames after sequence abort did not work

I have checked the option to capture calibration frames even if the sequence does not complete. But it did not as you can see in the screenshot and log.

Thanks for the report. A bug had entered 4.2 that prematurely cleared the abort signal from failure and thus caused cal frames to be skipped. It will be fixed in the next release of 4.2
