Connected to USB2 ISO USB3

I connected the camera directly to my laptop (USB3 port).
But it showed connected via USB2.
Please help…

That’s something between the driver and the camera. Are you using a USB-3 cable?

Hi went throug this to;

The only way to get around was to buy a new pcie usb3.0 card. With a high quality cable the original usb3.0 host of my hp 8300 sff was simply not able to handle the cam!

No SGP issue :+1:t2:

Thank you so much for your response.
I just realized I was using the cable from my Anker hub and not the original cable from ZWO.
Everything normal now, connected via USB3 :smiley:
