I am using ZWO ASI294 and encounter cooling problems with SG. Camera set too cool to -18C in 15 minutes. However, it only reached -14C and the cooler is not activated more than about 60% in SG. When cooling is done in ASI studio (ZWO’s software), the set temperature is reached in 10 min and cooling is activated with 90-100% power. I have tried to change the PS, but same result. (Unity gain used: gain 120 offset 30).
Any idea of what is wrong? Am I missing some settings?
