When I take an image the action “Downloading” never finish. And I can’t save the images.
What can I do to save the images.
I use GGP 4.3.0 but the problem was with the last version too
You did not identify the camera you use, I had this problem with ZWO ASI071 when I used a USB3 cable longer than 6 ft. SGP would get stuck ‘downloading’. I solved the problem with a much better powered USB3 cable. I actually had to try a few before I found one that actually worked.

As REManard said, try a new cable.
Also try a different USB port on the computer if you have one. Also re-installing the drivers has fixed some issues I’ve had.
