If using a DSLR and camera lens (which is becoming much more common now), give ability to specify an f-ratio for the lens. Ideally, this setting should be ignored (left at most wide open) for plate solve frames, and stopped down (as specified) for autofocus and actual exposures.

second this request with the addition of being able to add the f ratio to the file data listing say %FR?
I sometimes stop down the lens to reduce CA and allow longer exposures so some form of drop down list at the end of the sequence with a choice of f ratio would be useful.
Perhaps only have this option enabled if a DSLR is the chosen camera?
I also second this request. Would be very useful when using a lens with a DSLR.
