End of Sequence events don't wait for Cal frames?

I want to shut down equipment after my sequence, which consists of 3 targets - Lights, Cal Frames (Bias and Dark), and Flats. I set it to disconnect equipment at the end of the sequence, but it appears that it’s happening as soon as my Lights are done - not at the end of the whole sequence. This turns off the camera and so of course the Cal frames can’t proceed. Is there a way to do this?
