I have used PS2 for plate solving with great success for several years. My F/L is 2732mm, so pretty long, and my guide camera pixel size is 5.86 micron, so I want to bin at 2X. I specify some parameters in the ASCOM camera driver page that seem to address binning… set Max Bin at 2, and so forth (not at my dark site right now to check exactly which are enabled), I think I enabled both symmetrical and asymmetrical binning.
But the plate solve setup page in SGP only gives me an option for 1 X 1 binning, and I believe that is the case, whether the camera is connected or not. Does the ASCOM page override this? I need to be binning 2X.
