I have installed version 4.0.0.700 64-bit (stable) and the Equipment Profile Mamager do not work at all. Does not start, any window. And now the SGPro do not start at all!!!

I am not sure. What was the last known working configuration of SGPro you has working? In other words, can you tell us about what you were running before 4.0? Is this repeatable? Can you uninstall and re-install the latest version of ASCOM?

It was a new system. I installed a lot of applications and had to mess things up a lot. I used a restore point in windows and everything is ok.
