I have a problem with a rotator.
Plate solve controls it and, after several attempts, achieves an accuracy of 0.002°, but that’s still not enough; no angle tolerance can be specified.

When centering an image you specify the tolerance for the rotator as well as for the accuracy of the centering. Both are in thr control panel.
Are you saying 0.002° is not accurate enough? I would be surprised if any amature rotators were that accurate.
Am I reading right? Two thousandths of one degree (1/360 of a circle)? You may be trying to do something that is close to impossible.
Indeed: 0.002° is about 7.4 arc seconds. Which rotator are you using and what is the accuracy stated by the vendor?
