Failed camera connection Nikon D850

just downloaded 4.1.0.794 for trial (both 64 and 32 bit but not in parallel).
My first action was trying to connect my Nikon D850 camera. no chance :-(. I tried with SD card and w/o. different file types. I tried all this on a different PC with another D850->failed. I tried to connect my D800E-> failed too. Connected by USB.
For me no good starting poit for a promising software.
BTW: With BackyardNikon → no problem to connect.

Anyone reached to connect?

Hi there,

Our Nikon support is behind and we need to update it with 850. The 800 should work ok, although not sure about the E designator. In any case, maintaining native camera support is a bit of a chore because we need to keep on top of all new camera models. We will be taking a look at our outdated Nikon support in the very near future.
