Is there a way to create and save a profile that has the filter/exposure/number of frames? Most of my image sessions use the same filter w/exposure & counts and I would like to simply assign a profile to a new sequence (in addition to the existing equipment profile). I know this sort of info can be copied within the same sequence from one target to another but I’m looking to create a new sequence and assign a base filter/exposure/frame count profile.
Not directly. You have a couple of options though:
Create a “base” sequence with those exposures/filters in it and use that sequence to create new sequences. You can always “Apply Profile to Sequence” to get your profile data. You’d basically open that sequence and then “Save As” a different name.
Create a “master target” that has all of that information in it and deselect the target from running. Then right click on your new target and use the “Copy Events from…” option to copy them from your Master Target:
