Flats and Rotation/Focus

I’m using a NiteCrawler 3.0 and platesolve will usually allow 0.1° rotational error. Is this something I should be worried about during multiple nights and targets? I typically will shoot two targets a night so the rotation might be off by a little bit and same with focus as focus changes over night.

As for focus I typically take the average of the focus positions over the course of the several nights and use that one number for the focus position when taking flats. Is this ok?

It depends on what methods you are using to stack and stitch images, but if you use something like PixInsight or DeepSkyStacker, they are perfectly capable of compensating for a rotational error of that magnitude.
