I am trying to use the manual frame and focus feature. My camera is connected (QHY168c) The second orange light is on. I opened Frame and Focus. I checked cross hairs. I click on take one and the two green bars keep going across and on the bottom it says downloading. That is all that happens. I let it run for five minutes and nothing else happens. I am not sure if it means anything but when a picture is being taken the two orange icons for camera equipment turn kind of a darker orange. When I press stop they both turn back to bright orange. How do I get an image.
