GBRG in FIT from Canon 600D

Hi.

Previously, when i saving frames from Canon 600D to FIT format, i got an RGGB color matrix.
But now, if I use the FIT format for saving, I get the GBRG color matrix, and I mast to reshoot my library of calibration frames.
Why is this happening?

When we added support for CR3 based cameras we also had to change our raw processor to deal with the new data type. It outputs a different format unfortunately.
