Having trouble connecting equipment to SGPro

Hello All,

We are trying to connect our research equipment to SGPro but have been running into an issue.
I wanted to try it on one of the PCs at our observatory by using one of my licenses to try it out. We have 6 setups below are the details.

LX200 12”
EQ8R-PRO
SBIG STC-428P
Moonlight auto focuser
PPAV2
SC-Star chaser (PHD2)

After installing the software I went ahead and made a site profile and also equipment profile. When going into settings when choosing equipment via ASCOM everything works fine for example: I was selecting the camera: (DL imaging driver (1)) Telescope (GS sky ASCOM) Focuser:(Moonlite)

Put all the info needed and saved the profile. But when going into control panel shouldn’t the equipment load into there before “connecting all equipment”? Am I missing a step? Sorry if I am. I didn’t have this trouble when using my QHY setup focuser and ZWO guider on my personal setup.

Are you creating a new sequence using the new profile (or did you assign the profile as the default)? If you don’t dop this then any new sequence will not inherit the template values you have crafted.
