Not within SGPro, but SGPro does honor the font size you select in windows though.
Here, in Windows display settings, try a setting of 125% or 150%. Beyond these, SGPro will still honor the request, but you’ll find yourself in a situation where text in certain conditions will be “clipped” because it is just too big to render in the space available:
