I had to unistall the previous version of SGP, and installed the latest one.
SGP 4 or 3, same behavior, launches and looks for files (sequences ?) that I have removed.
Is there a way to reset SGP to factory settings altogether?

You can reset SGPro by going to Tools => Options, then click Reset, then make sure you check all the boxes if you want to reset everything:
