What do you mean “can’t access the program” ?? does it run, does it run then stop ?? what does the logfile in C:\Users\YOUR.USER\AppData\Local\SequenceGenerator say ??

Profiles and sequences are not related to installing and uninstalling. Feel free to re-install without fear of losing profiles or sequences.
