If you can’t close a window, chances are it’s not the active window. Try Alt-Tab to get to the active window, and take a screenshot so you can share it with @Ken, then close that window.
You may need to try Alt-Tab several times to find the active window.

Can you move the “multiple windows” so they are not on top of each other, then take and share a screenshot?

Thanks! Can’t ALT-TAB between the SGPro windows. Trying to move them elicits a DING!! I’m attaching screen shot. Please note this is the first boot after installation before I enter license

A DING almost always means you are trying to do something on a non-active window. @Ken will have to answer. He may need the log file from when this happens.

Once you have SGP running, you should be able to hide the windows you don’t want and dock the windows you do want.

It looks like you have the production version and not the beta? The Control Panel has changed a lot.

Yes I have the production version. I can’t even move the window in front which is prompting me to connect with hardware. I don’t have hardware installed yet and I can’t dismiss the prompt.

I’ll wait to hear from Ken but may just uninstall and try again. Should I go for the beta?

Wayne

Only you can answer that, but I’ll say the beta seems to be as stable as the production version, but with fewer bugs.

Well I installed the beta but same problem.

I see you are accessing this computer via RDP. Do you have local access to it to be able to hook a monitor/keyboard/mouse to it?

RDP can be a little squirrelly with window management. Does it behave differently when at the computer physically? Not sure if that’s possible…

Also not sure why your install is looking for the now-defunct focus lock. Have you ever had SGPro installed on that machine in the past?
