Installation issue

Hello,
I’m new in this forum. I used SGP old version since 2018.
Yesterday I upgrade to the version 3.2.

I installed the program on my home computer : No problem

This morning i try to install it on my laptop. Installations looks OK but when I double click on the progrm icon, nothing happens… ? Strange isn’t it?

I restart the PC, reinstall the program without success.
The OS is Win10 family with 16GB of RAM

Do you have ASCOM installed?

I just found the solution.
In fact there was a file missing :
Unable to open ephemeris file: C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\ASCOM\Astrometry\JPLEPH, RC: 1
I copy the file from my home PC to the laptop and now it is OK
